The biggest asset on most Ginnie Mae Issuers balance sheet is their Mortgage Servicing Rights (MSRs).  Therefore, it is important to keep track of keep track of trends in the overall MSR market. We will have a panel discussion that includes key officers in one of the largest MSR brokerage firms well as one of the largest MSR buyers in the market. Discussion items include: 

- What are the trends in pricing and liquidity in the government MSR market?
- In the future, what are potential MSR market game changers that could disrupt supply and/or demand for MSRs? 
- What are some characteristics of MSR portfolios that investors seek out, and what do they look to avoid??  
- What are the pros and cons of bulk bids vs. co-issue (PITT)?
