Keith Donzell is the Supervisory Director of Systems and Procedures and serves as Chief Financial Officer. In this capacity, Mr. Donzell provides financial management to Ginnie Mae’s program including; preparation and administrative control of the budget, accounting systems, internal controls and auditing procedures, as well as the provision of cash management and investment services. In addition, he directs contract assessment reviews in accordance with Government Auditing Standards, and controls Ginnie Mae’s reserves and supporting programs.
Mr. Donzell has a long standing career at the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development’s (HUD) Office of the Chief Financial Officer, were he served as the Director of Financial Reporting managing and overseeing the consolidation of HUD’s financial statements. Over the years, Keith has also worked with the Inspector General to bring HUD’s financial statements in compliance with FASAB accounting standards.
Mr. Donzell holds a Bachelors in Accounting from Virginia Tech.
